Brembo GP2-SS Rear Brake Caliper – 120A44110
At a glance
- Application: Rear motorcycle brake caliper
- Mounting centre distance: 84 mm
- Brake pads: Included
- Unit quantity: 1 caliper per box
The Brembo GP2-SS brings machined aluminium construction and distinctive Brembo styling to a compatible motorcycle’s rear braking system. Part of the Upgrade Line, model 120A44110 combines a two-piece billet body with two 34 mm aluminium pistons and an 84 mm mounting centre distance. It is supplied as one caliper with brake pads.
The body is CNC-machined from solid aluminium, with rigidity and low weight central to its design. This makes the GP2-SS an option for riders planning a carefully matched rear-brake upgrade. The caliper must be selected to suit the complete brake installation, including the mounting support, disc and hydraulic connections.
Construction and finish
- Two-piece billet body: machined aluminium construction with a clearly defined, sculpted profile.
- Dual 34 mm pistons: two aluminium pistons, as specified for the GP2-SS 120A44110.
- Hard anodized surface: a Silver Grey body with a red Brembo logo. The anodizing process can produce natural shade differences between individual calipers.
- 84 mm mounting centres: check the centre-to-centre distance together with the support geometry and disc alignment when planning installation.

Installation and care
Installation should be performed by a qualified motorcycle brake technician using the manufacturer’s instructions. Before fitting, verify the mounting support, alignment with the disc and suitability of the hydraulic connection. Follow the applicable specifications for fasteners and brake fluid, bleed the system correctly, and check for leaks and proper brake operation before use.
Keep oil and grease away from the disc and pad friction surfaces. Inspect the brake system as part of regular motorcycle maintenance. When ordering replacement pads or pad-retaining hardware, confirm compatibility with the actual caliper fitted to the motorcycle.
